Tour Instructions

EEVREMG:

Area Tour Tuesday Morning for 3, 4, & 11: Method for Listing Agent to place a listing on tour: (A short version of this instruction is also found on the SCCAOR web site at Marketing and Tour Calendar.)

□       Listing agent is to enter the proposed tour date at the Control Words T1: or T2:  Agent may post this date at the time of uploading a new listing or at any time as a Revised Listing.

□       To be included in the printed Tour Sheet, the listing must have the tour date submitted before 6:00 PM on Sunday two days prior to the planned tour date.

□       The listing must be a class 1, 2, or 4, be within MLS areas 3, 4, and 11, and be an active MLS listing having a Status 1 (one).  Class 5/6 (Land) will only be toured if it has a home included.

Details of the Tour & Meeting:

  • The tour is a caravan of all agents and the agent or designated delegate must attend the morning meeting.
  • We generally limit the tour to eight properties.
  • If you like to serve refreshments or a full meal, you should announce this during the meeting.
  • Listing agent (or Licensed Realtor delegate) must be in attendance at the morning meeting and will be expected to accompany for the entire tour.
  • Listing Agent is encouraged to bring MLS prints or Feature Sheets for distribution and can hand out comment sheets during the tour.
