As a Real Estate Broker/Owner since 1990 I have proudly served Santa Clara County and the surrounding areas. My education and experience have prepared me to handle all types of residential property transactions. Treasurer David Castillo

David Castillo is a Farmers Insurance Agent in San Jose. He has been a professional insurance agent for 32 years.

David graduated from Cal State University San Bernardino in 1974 with a BA degree. Shortly after college graduation he opened his insurance agency. David’s spouse, Linda Castillo, joined the business as a licensed agent in 1990 & provides sales and administrative support. The agency provides multi-lines insurance products through the Farmers Insurance Company. David & Linda provide their clients with honest service and try to meet with every client for a complete insurance orientation. David credits his staff for many of the achievement awards earned by the agency. David has volunteered his services to the Evergreen/East Valley Real Estate marketing group since 1982. He now serves on the Board of Directors as the treasurer

Hilda Ramirez is a self made success working her way from the firm accountant to now holding the top job as
President, following the acquisition of the firm in 1992 from its previous owner. This opportunity was extended to Ms. Ramirez and her business partner after working and providing dedicated service to the firm since 1986.

Hilda holds the coveted Certified Exchange Specialist®, CES® Designation the only professional designation available to 1031 Exchange Practitioners. She is a Charter member of the Certification Council. The Council was commissioned by the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, the National Trade Association for Qualified Intermediaries.

Director Farida Miller

Farida Miller is a broker associate with Property Line Realtors. She has been licensed since 2000.

Prior to working in the real estate industry, Farida worked for 17 yrs at ACHIEVEkids in Palo Alto,CA.

Farida has attended San Jose State, San Jose City College and Foothill College with a major in Business Mgmt. She has a certification in Real Estate.

She lives in the Bay Area and has 3 children, ages 23, 19 and 14.

Hobbies includes traveling, going to CAL Berkeley Football Games, and Day Spa Trips with friends, and other sporting events. Currently a CAL Berkeley Football fan and an Archbishop Mitty Basketball fan.
